About your data

PitchBell is still early, so this page starts by explaining the data boundaries and handling principles we already know, before the full policy is expanded.

What data we may touch

Right now the product mainly touches login identity data, the merchant copy you submit, the generated outputs, and the minimal logs required to keep the product running and debuggable.

What that data is actually used for

That data is used to support sign-in, generate sales scripts, preview TTS output, and maintain account and product reliability. The scope should stay tied to the product instead of expanding into unrelated advertising purposes.

How long it stays and what controls should come next

As the data layer and merchant workspace mature, PitchBell should publish clearer retention windows, deletion paths, third-party model and TTS boundaries, and user-facing export or deletion controls.
